Our pricing is modular, meaning you only pay for the features you need. Each module has a monthly fee, and you can mix and match modules to create a custom solution for your care home. We offer discounts for quarterly, half-yearly, and annual billing.

Can I change my modules later?

Yes, you can add or remove modules at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle. If you add modules, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. Removals take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees for any of our modules. You only pay the monthly subscription fee for the modules you select. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway. We also support ACH bank transfers for annual billing.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
